Pricing & Ordering Information
You can get quotations and solve your scientific and technical problem directly with Kirkbridge Scientific from anywhere in the world. We have project-based pricing and hours-based pricing. For general services on some common products (e.g. repair of vacuum pump and gauge), we have our standard product-based pricing. We offer 5% discount for any new customers, 10% discount for loyalty customers and extra 10% discount for educational institutions. We also offer Net 30 Day payment terms to many customers.
Hourly Rate
Most repair and maintenance services, such as repairing x-ray diffractometer and electron microscope, will be priced on actual hours. Our standard hourly service fee is $150 CAD plus applicable taxes.
High Vacuum Pump Repair/Overhaul
For oil based mechanical vacuum pump, the overhaul price is based on pumping capacity.
<5 CFM $1000 CAD
5-10 CFM $1250 CAD
10-15 CFM $1500 CAD
15-20 CFM $1750 CAD
20-30 CFM $2000 CAD
>30 CFM (estimate individually)
The price plus applicable taxes covers gaskets, small parts replacement, limited repair warranty and free pickup/delivery for Winnipeg and the surrounding area.
For repairs other than overhaul, the price is based on hours. We charge a minimum of 2 hours. The total price won't exceed overhaul price if no replacement for major parts. We cover small parts replacement.
For pump types other than mechanical pump, such as dry pump, turbo pump, DIP pump, ion pump, cryo-pump, etc., we provide estimate and quote on a case-by-case basis.
Vacuum Gauge/Controller Maintenance & Repair
Base price is $300 CAD plus applicable taxes, covering 2 hours labor on troubleshoot, repair, cleaning, test and calibration. Hourly rate applies if additional repair time is need with a maximum of not exceeding $600 CAD. Free pickup/delivery for Winnipeg and the surrounding area.
Microcentrifuge Repair
Base price is $300 CAD plus applicable taxes, covering 2 hours labor on troubleshoot, repair, cleaning, test and calibration. Hourly rate applies if additional repair time is need with a maximum of not exceeding $1000 CAD. Free pickup/delivery for Winnipeg and the surrounding area.
Shipping
In case that shipping is needed, we provide the following shipping options: Canada Post, UPS, Federal Express, or DHL.
Submitted purchase orders can specify the shipping methods. Custom duties and/or tariffs imposed by the destination country are to be paid by the purchaser at the time of delivery.
Ordering & Payment
Kirkbridge Scientific accepts product and service orders from most countries. Purchase orders may be placed by mail or email. We accept prepayment wire transfers on any order, and we accept paypal, credit card (VISA and Mastercard) payments from most countries. We also accept interact e-transfer and cheque payment within Canada.
